Orders
Please place your order online.  We do not take orders by phone or fax. 


Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master, American Express, Discover,.  In addition, Amazon Payment and Google Checkout, AlertPay are also accepted. 


Shipping/Postage Charges
We ship item(s) on within next 2 business days immediately after receiving payment (We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays).  You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a delivery confirmation tracking number. For standard ground shipping, please allow 2-7 business days in the U.S., 5-10 business days in Canada, and 2-3 weeks in other countries to arrive.   Currently, we use USPS as the main source to ship out our orders.  All orders will be shipped out via USPS First Class for U.S orders and USPS First Class International for all international orders.  We are not responsible for item(s) lost or stolen in the mail if insurance was not purchased. We do ship worldwide for most of our items.

Refund/Return Policy
If for any reason you decide to return or exchange for your purchase, you may do so within 30 days from the date of shipment. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and unaltered in any way with original packaging. We are not responsible for items loss or damaged while shipping. A refund or exchange will be given within 2 business days. All shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.


State Sales Tax
If you ship to address is within the state of California, we are required by law to collect CA sales tax of 9.75%. (This state sales tax rate had been increased effective July 1, 2009)
