We ship item(s) on next or two business days immediately after receiving payment. Our normal business days are Monday thru Friday excluding Federal holidays within the United States. You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a delivery confirmation tracking number.

Combined
Shipping
To save on shipping, we offer combined shipping for both
domestic and international shipments. Combined shipping is only valid for items
purchased within 7 days of the first item. All items to be combined must be on
the same invoice. You cannot combine shipping with auctions that have already
been paid, so please wait until you are completely done shopping before you
sending us the Final Payment.

Overpayment
If you have paid more than one invoices for all of your
purchases that have same ship to address, we will combine and ship them out
together in a package. We will recalculate the shipping for all combined
invoices and refund any overpaid shipping in the original form of payment within
3-5 business days after the items are shipped out.
Orders /
Shipments Tracking
You can check the status of an order once you
have received an email from us with a tracking number. Simply click the link
included in the email and you will be directed to the website page where you can
track your order.
International
Shipments
We shipped all of our international orders via United
States Parcel Service First Class International. Please be noted that USPS does
not have tracking service or insurance for all First Class International
mailpieces/packages. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or
damaged for all international orders.
Shipping Policies & Procedures
Incorrect Shipping
Information
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping
address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return
shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for
packages delivered incorrectly due to incorrect shipping information. If free
shipping is applied, it will not be valid due to the error on the customer's
part, and the customer will be charged for all shipping costs.
Defective
Merchandise
We are committed to providing top quality merchandise and
ensure product integrity. However, should you receive an item that is
defective, please contact us immediately.
Lost or Damaged
Merchandise
Upon arrival of your shipment, please check the content of
your package immediately and report any discrepancies or damages within 7
business days or receipt of merchandise. Please keep all merchandise and
packaging in as-delivered condition. Claims issued on damaged or lost orders
can take 3-5 business days to process. Once a claim has been initiated and
processed, a replacement will be sent. We will work diligently to resolve these
matters in the most efficient way possible.

If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your purchase
or for any reason you decide to return or exchange for your purchase, you may do
so within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original
condition, unworn, and unaltered in any way with original packaging. We are not
responsible for item loss or damaged while shipping. A refund will be given
within 2 business days in the original form of payment. For credit card
payments, your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the
returns, and the credit should appear on your next statement. Refund
notification will be sent to you upon the completion. All shipping, handling
and insurance charges are not refundable.
